We are always excited to watch students walk thru the door for the first time, knowing very little about Taekwondo, and after alot of hard work, time, and devotion their skills both physically and mentally mature into what it takes to become a blackbelt candidate. Once you have reached this level, blackbelts are not just handed out. You must now focus even harder on what you have learned over your years of training. Once you have sharpened your skills you will then be tested on everything you have learned so far. If you are successful, you will now be equiped to begin your journey in Taekwondo. This is a very exciting time for your instructors.
Tests are done every three months, and blackbelts are encouraged to attend to welcome in the new blackbelts. We will be listing all blackbelt candidates from the Banks, North Plains, and Forest Grove studios, and their anticipated test dates given to them by their instructor. Please feel free to come down and support your fellow students.
